It's beautiful. I love the color combo. It actually made me instantly think of Jean Fouqet's painting, "Virgin and Child" with the same color pallet. I thought it might be inspired by his, and updated to reflect a contemporary woman, a real life woman, who might feel anxiety rather than honor for a god to make her a virgin mother.
I also think there could be many ways to interpret the colors and imagery, but it definitely feels like it's about anxiety and vulnerability.
I love your strong compositionsss, to me you always seem so confident picking out the colours and concepts even if you say you're not sure, I love the imagery. Its cool seeing the progress before the final, because I was surprised when I scrolled down and saw them red! and then immeadiately thought thats SO COOL. my anxiety and dissociation is resonating a lot with this piece so i think this is a good representation of those feelings xD
